Mike is a dedicated problem solver with over 20 years of professional experience in design, development and implementation of IT systems and software architecture. He is passionate about continuously improving the process of building great software and loves to leverage the latest inovations to deliver better software in a shorter time. He has strong team & department level leadership experience having built out and lead several large development teams of 10-20 developers using Agile Methodologies.
Mike has worked with AWS technologies hands-on for the last 7+ years, continually keeping up to the latest feature releases, with a particular passion for AWS lambda and serverless architecture. As a dedicated member of the technical community, he has also had the pleasure of speaking at several technical conferences, most recently Denver Devops Days 2019.
Mike received his Bachelor of Physics from Concordia University in Montreal,Canada where he graduated as a member of Physics co-op program. Although no longer in the pure sciences, Mike has retained his passion for knowledge and enjoys staying current with ongoing research.
Joon is a pragmatic agile coach and project manager with 15+ years of software design and build experience. Joon is a passionate practitioner of agile development with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to production operations and support.
Having had roles at all levels of the development lifecycle including programmer analyst and system administrator to director of IT, Joon is an effective communicator at all levels from business and technical leaders to members of the technical staff. Joon is a goal oriented problem solver and is comfortable diving deep to resolve complex issues.
Joon received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia where he was a member of the Eta Kappa Nu electrical engineering honor society and the Briaerian co-op honor society.
Amy is a long time entrepreneur with several successful companies under her belt. Having been in the startup world for over a decade, she has a passion for building businesses and creating strategic partnerships.
Having developed her own companies in various industries, Amy has turned her attention to the tech world. With a history of investing in small startups and past board seat positions she has learned the ins and outs of the tech world and is excited to have a larger role in it.

Hema worked across various industries - banking, consulting, government, media, online education, software product support & telecom. He started as a developer and progressively moved into lead roles.Hema returned to India after nearly two decades of enterprise software development in the US. Currently leads the development team in Kochi, India.

Daniel Vacanti is a 20-year software industry veteran who got his start as a Java Developer/Architect and who has spent most of the last 15 years focusing on Lean and Agile practices. In 2007, he helped to develop the Kanban Method for knowledge work. He managed the world’s first project implementation of Kanban that year, and has been conducting Kanban training, coaching, and consulting ever since. In 2011 he founded Corporate Kanban, Inc., which provides world-class Lean training and consulting to clients all over the globe–including several Fortune 100 companies. Recently he co-founded ActionableAgile™ which provides industry leading predictive analytics tools and services to any Lean-Agile process. Daniel holds a Masters in Business Administration and regularly teaches a class on lean principles for software management at the University of California Berkeley.

In 2015 he published his book “Actionable Agile Metrics for Predictability” which aims to revolutionize how the Lean and Agile community think about flow-based metrics and analytics for the design of predictable processes.
